Well... the big website news for the moment is that we now have a brand new and improved waiukusoccer.com

We'd like to extend a BIG BIG thank you to Andy Davey from Pukekohe and his company Cicada Web Solutions for helping us get the framework in place to make this a really successful web venture.

Waiuku AFC have had a nice looking website for a number of years. Unfortunately without the powerful framework that Andy has helped us hook up, it was just simply too difficult and time consuming to maintain and update.

We are sure this is going to change with all the great new functionality of our new site. It is now possible for anyone to register with the website and log in to place comments and ratings against any news articles. And for the budding journalists (or proud parents and supporters) out there, it is nice and easy to sign up to become a "contributor" and start uploading your very own articles.

So please... take a look around the site and if you have any good ideas or feedback, feel free to email them in to dale@waiukusoccer.com and we'll try and get this project up and underway fully for the 2008 season!
