Note. Do not spend too long adding or editing your article. Your Log In session will time out after an hour of inactivity and you may lose your work or alterations. Save your work every half hour or so!

Creating a New Article

1. Read the website Content Guidelines
2. Click Create Article from the options at the top of the page
3. Enter article title in space provided
4. Click relevant categories for the story
   Eg: a story about the men’s first team would feature in the senior men’s category. A junior or midget team story would feature in the junior teams category.
5. Enter article summary in space provided.
   This a one or two sentence summary of what the article is about. If it’s a match report then include the score, the team you were playing against and where/when the game was.
6. Featured story?
   If the article is to appear on the home page of the website, click the featured box underneath the article publishing details.
7. Enter the article in its entirety.
   All whole story goes in this section. Details of goalscorers, weather, fans, halftime oranges, bloopers moments etc.
8. Publish or Save Article
   If you are happy with your article click Publish Article and the article will show on the website under the relevant categories.
   If you want to save your work but it is not ready for display on the website, click Save Article and you will be able to come back and finish it later.

Editing your Article

1. Read the website Content Guidelines
2. Click My Articles at the top of the News Articles section below
3. Select Approved Articles Only from the drop-down menu to view list of published articles
4. Click on the pencil icon that appears to the left of your article details that should  appear on the page 
5. Make the alterations to your article
6. Publish or Save Article
   If you are happy with your article click Publish Article and the article will show on the website under the relevant categories.
   If you want to save your work but it is not ready for display on the website, click Save Article and you will be able to come back and finish it later.
