The Women's 1st Division Team played Papakura at home and set out to play good football despite the conditions.  Lisa Wooles opened the scoring, but Papakura soon levelled with a Penalty, which our keeper, Vicki Watson, managed to hit away only to have the Papakura player get to the ball first and put in the net.  Lara Wooles, Gemma Gouwland and Sandie Ralph got on the scoresheet before half time (4-1).  The Waiuku Ladies came out firing in the 2nd half, with Sandie Ralph grabbing another 2 to bring up her first hat trick of the season.  Papakura got one back.  Final score 6-2 win to Waiuku.
